Reuben Meed’s Interests in Gold are based in mine in Muruntau, Uzbekistan and Grasberg, Papua province Indonesia.

Gold Facts:

The easy pickings of Gold are placer gold which is found within fifty feet underground. To reach the heavy nuggets we have to remove piles of gravel and sand. The overburden is what actually makes or breaks a mine. Along the bedrock of the earth there run miles of coarse gold. However it is deemed uneconomical to dig to such depths at present.

Glaciers and incredible earth movements have left these rich zones buried deeply with over burden. Hydraulic mining was used to mine semi-surface steams.

Reuben Meed is investing in technology that reduce the cost of reaching such depths.
